Refund Policy

Because of the nature of our products, all of our orders are final and non refundable once completed. We can not make any changes to any orders once the order has been placed.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please consider your purchase carefully. Faulty items can be returned for a refund once the item has been examined. 

 

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel has been damaged during transit, please ensure you take plenty of photos of the package, products and damages.

Include all information including your order number, pictures and description of damages in an email to dawsonsdesigns@hotmail.com

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you happen to receive an item that is faulty or broken, please email us at dawsonsdesigns@hotmail.com within 7 days with your full name, order number, description of the item and images/video of the damaged good(s).  We will asses each enquiry.   

Refund or replacement subject to our assessment

 

Any faults that are brought to our attention after the 7 days time period are unfortunately not covered under our return policy.

 

PUMP/SPRAY LIDS

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty pump/spray lid upon receiving your order please let us know immediately, no later than 3 business days upon receiving your order as per tracking number. 

 What happens with the pump or spray lids after this time is out of our control as certain liquids may not be compatible with our pump/spray lids. 
Please remember they are made of plastic and are not designed to be used with a lot of pressure.
